Personal Gear (Packing List) - note that you should bring a bike helmet if you have one, and personal drinking water for the weekend.
Annual Health and Medical Record - Parts A and B are required (if not already on file)
Payment of $70. Please submit this via Paypal or contact the treasurer for an alternative. As always, if this is a financial hardship for your family, please contact us to make arrangements.
