The girls' troop will be going to Camp Schmitt for a campout the weekend of June 14-16. Camp Schmitt is located in West Virginia, and is approximately 2.5 hours' drive away from Good Shepherd Episcopal Church. We anticipate leaving the church at 6pm on Friday, June 14, and returning at approximately 1pm on Sunday, June 16.
In addition to completing this registration form, all Scouts must also have a completed permission form and all participants are expected to submit payment of $20 for the cost of food and cooking fuel by June 9. As always, please let us know if this presents a financial hardship!

Personal Gear (Packing List)
A completed registration form
A signed permission slip (provided via e-mail)
Annual Health and Medical Record - Parts A and B are required (if not already on file)
Payment of $20
