We will be going to Serendipity Horse Meadows Farm for two nights, March 18-20. The arrival time at the campsite on Friday the 20th is anytime after 4pm; pick-up time on Sunday is 11am. The address of the farm is:

The farm's liability waiver, which can be signed on-site. However, if parents are sending their Scout with another family, they should print out this form, sign it, and send it with their Scout.
Transportation: Families are responsible for transporting their Scout(s) to and from the campsite. Any carpool arrangements are strictly between the families involved.
Sleeping accommodations: Everyone will sleep in individual tents.
Sanitary facilities: There is a port-a-potty available, which is regularly cleaned/sanitized.
Hand-washing: A hand washing station and hand sanitizer will be available. Everyone will be expected to make frequent use of these amenities, including before and after touching any shared surfaces.
Food: Scouts will bring their own dinner on Friday, due to varying arrival times. The latest update to our troop COVID policy allows for patrols to work together on cooking.
Masks: Masks are not currently required, but families are encouraged to make the decision that is right for them about mask wearing.
Water: Everyone must bring enough water for their own personal use -- there is no drinking water available at the site.
