We will be camping the weekend of December 9-11 near Harrisonburg, VA. The main event will be caving!
We will be staying at Camp Overlook, in some small cabins they have available for youth groups.
Arrival time Friday is 7:30pm or later - please do not arrive before 7:30 unless you are a registered adult volunteer who is staying for the weekend.
Departure on Sunday morning is at 11am.

A completed Registration Form
Personal Gear (packing list)
A signed permission slip
Special medical form - if going caving
Annual Health and Medical Record - Parts A and B are required (if not already on file)
Payment of $25 per person for camping, plus $32 per person for caving
A negative COVID-19 rapid test taken on Friday
Everyone is expected to follow the troop's COVID-19 Guidelines (last updated 3/13/22).
